I use this to carry my daily meds on-the-go. I’d say it fits a good amount of small pills or tablets. It won’t break or explode when it falls on the floor, but I wouldn’t go smashing it on purpose. The inside also stays dry when the outside gets wet.Although there’s one downside: if you carry it on a belt loop or the exterior of a bag, any friction against it will slowly undo the top, which could cost you some precious medication. I recommend carrying it inside of something. These are nice and sturdy, about as wide as a roll of quarters. I was excited to fit 8 large pills in it, but then found that the thickness of the cap material made it so I couldn't close it. Instead of 8, I could only hold 4, which is only 2 more than my narrow pill holder and not really worth the extra weight/size. So keep in mind if you get this that about 3/16" from the opening, there will be a significant loss of space due to the lid being just under 1/8" thick at the wall. These things are beast made and will do what you want without issue. Probably could knock out full grown man if you use this as a sling shot round. lolBeware though they huge... def not a necklace or key chain option. This product was exactly as the description described. I just got it yesterday, but it does seem sturdy and it was a great value. 5 starsMost bottles aren't big enough for his evening meds he carries I'd he's going to be out of the house. These are perfect.I liked that it is big enough for all my pills for the dayI purchased this to hold my glucose tablets. The tablets were able to fit in but it was too snug to get them out. Be sure to measure carefully before you purchase this container.I love it.
