Aside from the item I believe will be very useful in the future -- it seems tough enough to survive scouting trips -- the customer service is excellent. I accidentally threw out the screws needed to fasten the two sides together. I decided to try to ask them if I could get the screws somehow. They not only gave me the screws, they got the screws to me quite quickly. The customer service rep was also very pleasant and cheerful. As for the product itself, it consists of two concave sides (one with a gasket), a metal keychain ring, and four screws. Putting it together was straightforward. I am very glad I got it.
